Organization
Master Planning & Timeline Creation: Developing a detailed schedule to ensure every task, from vendor arrivals to the final dance, happens on time and seamlessly.
Vendor Coordination: Organizing communication with vendors to confirm delivery times, setups, and special requests, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the day
Problem-Solving & Flexibility: Staying organized enough to adapt to unexpected changes, ensuring every detail is handled swiftly and without stress.
Wedding Packages
Package 1 $1100
-Manages rehearsal day before
-Contact vendors a week out
-Manages timeline
-Problem solve any issues that arrive
-Arrive 8-9 hours prior to ceremony time(This can vary depending on how much decor)
-Decorates ceremony-arch, flowers, aisle, signs, lanterns, etc -Decorates reception- guest tables, centerpieces, escort table,
hang signs/neon lights
-Overlooks everything to make sure timeline is on time:vendors arrive,
banquet staff, weather, etc
-Direct guests to ceremony and reception
-Organize introductions with DJ(He will announce) -Communicate with staff and chef dinner on time -Meal Included
-Cake cutting
-Reception ends-make sure personal items/gifts are put away/sent to guests room
Package 2 $900
-Manages rehearsal day before
-Contact vendors a week out
- Manages timeline
-Problem solve any issues that arrive
-Arrive 4-5 hours prior to ceremony time - minimum decor
-Decorates ceremony - arch and flowers
-Decorates reception - guest tables, centerprieces, & escort table - overlooks everything to make sue timeline is on time: verdors arrive, banquet staff, weather, etc.
-Direct guests to ceremony and reception
-Organize introductions with dj (he will announce)
-Communicate with staff and chef dinner on time
-Departs after cake is werved to all guests
