Time Management

Arrival & Setup:

I arrive 4-5 hours prior to the ceremony (timing may vary depending on the level of décor) to ensure all setups are completed smoothly.

Minimal Ceremony & Reception Décor: I will handle basic ceremony décor (such as flowers, signage, etc.) and decorate your reception with a minimal but elegant touch.

Day-of Coordination:

Timeline Oversight: i ensure that everything runs on time—this includes coordinating vendor arrivals, overseeing banquet staff, and keeping an eye on the weather.

Guest Direction: i direct guests to both the ceremony and reception locations, making sure everyone is where they need to be.

Meal Coordination: I communicate with the staff and chef to ensure dinner is served on time and that everything is properly managed.
Reception Wrap-Up:

Departure After Cake Cutting: After the cake is served and your reception is well underway, we depart, knowing your wedding day is in great hands.

Arrive 8-10 Hours Early:

I arrive well in advance of your ceremony to oversee all preparations, giving ample time to set up your ceremony and reception decorations without stress. This ensures that no detail is overlooked.

Ceremony Setup: I carefully arrange all ceremony decor, from the arch, flowers, and aisle markers to any signage, lanterns, or personal touches you’ve planned.

Reception Setup: I take charge of decorating your reception space, including guest tables, centerpieces, escort tables, signage, and any additional décor (such as lighting or custom pieces). I ensure the environment reflects your vision for the day.

Problem-Solving: I am on-site to address any last-minute issues that arise, so you can focus on enjoying your day without any stress.
Reception Wrap-Up & Departure:

Packing Up: As the evening winds down, I assist with the packing up of all decorations, personal items, and any gifts to ensure nothing is left behind. I’ll coordinate the safe return of your items and make sure they’re sent to the designated location or your hotel room.

Departure After Event Ends: I remain until the event concludes, ensuring everything is handled efficiently before my departure, leaving you free to enjoy the final moments of your celebration without worrying about the clean-up.

"Alyssa made our fairy tale wedding vision become a reality!!! Amid a huge storm rolling in, she promised we would get at least 5 minutes with our toes in the sand! Being from Western NY, getting married in the sand was the biggest wish we had! She made it come true! Alyssa not only set up our own decor perfectly, she enhanced our items with her own. She arranged for our friends and family to help grab items and run them inside when the storm hit. She had a back up plan for us inside and the “two locations” ceremony was perfection because of her!! Not many couples can say they had a ceremony in two spots but Alyssa made it happen!! Alyssa had some great ideas for our vision to enhance it, including the sand ceremony we had never heard about which was also amazing because it merged not only us, but also because she helped make it even more special by explaining how to incorporate my son, who my now husband helped raise for the last 7 years. She never stopped running from the second she arrived in the early afternoon until after we sat down for dinner and even then she was checking on us! She stayed in touch even from afar periodically prior to the wedding as well. Every bride has a fairy tale wedding planned no matter the age. Alyssa makes wedding dreams become a reality!! I add planner in there, as well, because she was there to help me think through decor and answer any questions about the venue since I was planning from over 13 hours away. We brought the decor and she took care of everything else. She listened to me and knew exactly what I wanted.
