30–45 Day Pre-Wedding Communication – Beginning 30–45 days before your wedding, I connect with you and your venue to review logistics, confirm details, finalize your timeline, and ensure everything is aligned for a seamless event day.

Rehearsal Coordination – Leading and organizing your ceremony rehearsal to ensure everyone understands timing, processional order, and positioning so your ceremony runs smoothly and confidently.

Complete Timeline Management – Overseeing vendor arrivals, banquet staff, dinner service, and keeping everything running seamlessly and on schedule.

Guest Guidance – Directing guests to ceremony and reception locations so everyone is exactly where they need to be.

This package offers complete support for couples planning up to 15 months before their wedding, giving you peace of mind and allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding journey.

Pre-Wedding Planning & Communication: Full guidance and communication with you, your venue, and all vendors from early in your planning process up until your wedding day. I love connecting with my couples well in advance to ensure every detail is covered.

Rehearsal Coordination: I attend and coordinate your rehearsal so everyone knows their roles and the flow of the day.

Day-of Coordination: On your wedding day, I arrive 6–8 hours before the ceremony to handle setup and ensure everything runs smoothly. I oversee the ceremony and reception setup, follow your detailed wedding day timeline, and remain through cake cutting—or the entire reception if you prefer.

Décor & Design: Assistance: I assist with ordering and organizing décor, ensuring it’s perfectly set up for your day.

Stationery & Signage: Creation and management of invitations, meal cards, meal chart, seating chart, and ordering of seating chart displays.

"Alyssa made our fairy tale wedding vision become a reality!!! Amid a huge storm rolling in, she promised we would get at least 5 minutes with our toes in the sand! Being from Western NY, getting married in the sand was the biggest wish we had! She made it come true! Alyssa not only set up our own decor perfectly, she enhanced our items with her own. She arranged for our friends and family to help grab items and run them inside when the storm hit. She had a back up plan for us inside and the “two locations” ceremony was perfection because of her!! Not many couples can say they had a ceremony in two spots but Alyssa made it happen!! Alyssa had some great ideas for our vision to enhance it, including the sand ceremony we had never heard about which was also amazing because it merged not only us, but also because she helped make it even more special by explaining how to incorporate my son, who my now husband helped raise for the last 7 years. She never stopped running from the second she arrived in the early afternoon until after we sat down for dinner and even then she was checking on us! She stayed in touch even from afar periodically prior to the wedding as well. Every bride has a fairy tale wedding planned no matter the age. Alyssa makes wedding dreams become a reality!! I add planner in there, as well, because she was there to help me think through decor and answer any questions about the venue since I was planning from over 13 hours away.
